Return & Refund Policy

Eligible products may be requested for return within 7 days from delivery. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Sign in, open My Orders, select a delivered order and choose Request Return. Our team will review the request.

COD Refunds

For COD orders, approved refunds are made to the customer’s verified bank/UPI details after the returned item is received and inspected. Do not publish bank details on the site.

Non-returnable Items

Items marked final sale, used products, and products damaged after delivery may be ineligible, subject to applicable law.
